Court Records

The following forms are to be used only for requests for records transferred to the BC Archives from Court Registries.  Information for these forms can be obtained directly from the court registry responsible for granting the record. 

These forms are not for general requests for research or reproductions from other collections.

Court Services Request for Original Record from the BC Archives

Court Services Request for Reproduction Order to the BC Archives

Public Reproduction Order for Court Records from the BC Archives (Must be accompanied with cover letter including researcher's contact information.)
