Sound Recordings and Moving Images
Depending on copyright and donor restrictions and the physical condition of the records, you may be able to order reproductions of sound recordings and moving images.
To order a reproduction of a sound recording or moving image, complete the film and audio order form. If you are requesting a reproduction for a reason other than research or personal use, you must also complete and submit the sound recordings and moving images permissions form and fax or mail the form(s) to the Archives.
Note: Do not send payment with your request. Staff will check that a copy or reproduction can be made and will then contact you for payment.
Note: All orders (research and commercial) for photos, film/video, maps and sound recordings currently take approximately 3-4 weeks from the date payment is received to complete. Rush or expedited service is not available.
