Members of the Association of Book Publishers of British Columbia (ABPBC)

The Royal BC Museum Corporation has an agreement with members of the Association of Book Publishers of BC (ABPBC).

If your publisher is a member of this association, the publisher must submit an ABPBC Permission Form listing all requested material for approval to our office by fax at 250-387-2072 or by mail to:  BC Archives, 675 Belleville Street, Victoria, BC V8W 9W2.

Once the ABPBC Permission Form has been received, a cost quote will be forwarded to you or your publisher by e-mail to request pre-payment of the use fees and/ or reproduction costs.  Please note that there is a "fixed" fee structure that is in place for members of the ABPBC. Fees will be charged according to this structure.

Please note that we must receive payment of all fees before the material can be used in the book.
