You will receive a confirmation number once your booking is processed. Please quote this confirmation number on any change requests and when checking in on arrival to pickup your group tickets. You will receive other information about your booked visit along with the confirmation we deliver to you by fax or email. The information package and confirmation should be given to the group leader or escort.
A group of 15 or more, booked two business days in advance, qualifies for group rates for self-directed visits to the Royal BC Museum and/or National Geographic IMAX Theatre. With a booking of 15 paying visitors, your driver and escort will also have a booked complimentary admission.
Self-directed visits are not escorted by a museum tour guide. Docent-led tours of the permanent second and third floor galleries for adult and senior groups can be booked for an additional fee of $50 per group of 10. A minimum of one week's notice is required for arrangement.
Specialized tours and collection tours may also be arranged with a minimum of two weeks' notice, and will be quoted based on your group's interests.
For groups of less than 15, you may book on-line at Tickets, or in person at the museum, and these admissions will be at regular entry rates. For BC School Group rates and bookings, please contact the Group Sales office.
